A.H.I Agency Limited was incorporated in Abuja on 22 October 1998 and has traded from Birnin Kebbi ever since — as a supplier, a building contractor, a road builder, a water-scheme contractor, and now a solid minerals company.
Public-sector procurement rewards contractors who can produce their papers. Ours are current, and we hand them over at the first request rather than the third.
Certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles, tax clearance certificate, audited accounts and copies of previous award notifications are held as one bound profile and released to any procuring entity that asks.
We did not start as a road builder. We started by supplying government, learned procurement discipline, bought our own plant, and used it to take on works most suppliers cannot.
Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as a company limited by shares, with mining, building and general supply written into the objects from the outset.

HND (Metal Engineering) · OND (Public Administration). Signs off works stage by stage before cover-up, and maintains the plant fleet.
Beyond the management team we engage professional, clerical, manual and site staff for each award, and can allocate those teams to a client's own works where a contract calls for it.
