Terms & Conditions
The terms on which A.H.I Agency Limited makes this website available, and how information published here relates to any contract between us.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
01Who we are
This website is operated by A.H.I Agency Limited ("A.H.I", "we", "us", "our"), a private company limited by shares, incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 22 October 1998 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act with registration number RC 344301, whose registered office is at Plot 1055 Sani Abacha Eastern Bypass Road, Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, Nigeria.
In these terms, "the site" means this website and all pages within it, and "you" means any person accessing it.
02Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply each time you visit, and the version in force is the one published on the site at the time of your visit.
03Information on this site is not an offer
The content of this site is published for general information about our company, our capabilities and our completed contracts. It does not constitute an offer, a quotation, a tender, a warranty, or an invitation to treat, and no contract comes into existence between you and A.H.I Agency Limited by reason of your use of the site or your submission of an enquiry through it.
Any engagement between us will be governed exclusively by a separate written contract, purchase order, letter of award or subcontract executed by an authorised officer of A.H.I Agency Limited. Where such a document conflicts with anything on this site, that document prevails.
Descriptions of our capabilities, plant, personnel and completed works are indicative. They do not warrant that any particular resource, machine or member of staff will be available for your project.
04Accuracy of project and financial information
The contract register published on this site is transcribed from our company profile and the supporting award notifications issued to us by our clients. Contract sums are stated in Nigerian Naira as awarded, are not adjusted for inflation, and may differ from final account values following variations, remeasurement or agreed adjustments.
Where our source register does not record the year of an award, that is indicated on the page rather than estimated. We take reasonable care to publish accurate information, but we do not warrant that every figure, date or description on the site is free from error or fully current.
If you are relying on any information published here for a procurement, credit, audit or investment decision, you should request the underlying documentation from us and verify it. We will supply certified copies of the certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association, tax clearance certificate, audited accounts and contract award notifications to a procuring entity or prospective partner on request.
05Tendering and procurement
Where we participate in a public procurement process, that process is governed by the procuring entity's own tender documents and by applicable Nigerian public procurement law — not by these terms. Nothing on this site varies, supplements or overrides the requirements of any tender in which we participate.
We do not solicit, offer or accept any inducement in connection with the award of a contract, and we expect the same of counterparties and intermediaries who approach us through this site.
06Enquiries you send us
The enquiry form on our contact page composes a message in your own email application. It does not transmit or store data on this website. Once you send that message, it reaches us as ordinary correspondence and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Do not send us confidential, price-sensitive or personally sensitive material by unsolicited email. If you need to share commercially confidential information — for example exploration data, assay results or a bill of quantities under embargo — contact us first and we will agree a non-disclosure agreement and a secure means of transfer.
Unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement with you, any material you send us unsolicited is received on a non-confidential basis, and we are free to use it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not, however, claim ownership of your material.
07Permitted use
You may view, download and print pages of this site for your own internal business use, including due diligence on A.H.I Agency Limited. You must not:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable Nigerian law or regulation;
- reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our written consent;
- present our completed contracts, credentials or registration details as your own, or as those of any other entity;
- introduce any virus, malicious code or other material that is technically harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is stored, or any connected system;
- use automated systems to extract content from the site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on it.
08Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, page design, photographs of our plant and works, diagrams, and the A.H.I Agency Limited name, logo and RC number presentation — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Our rights are reserved except as expressly permitted in clause 7.
The typefaces used on this site are licensed from their respective foundries under the SIL Open Font License and are not our property.
09External links
Where this site links to a third-party website, that link is provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of external sites and accept no responsibility for them, for any loss arising from your use of them, or for their privacy practices.
10Availability of the site
We provide the site on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of it without notice for business or operational reasons.
11Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Nigerian law.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations relating to the site that are not expressly set out in these terms;
- we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contract, loss of anticipated saving, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site;
- we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the site where you have not verified it with us in writing.
This clause does not affect our liability under any construction, supply, mining or other contract we enter into with you, which is governed by that contract.
12Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense we suffer arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your unauthorised use of our name, credentials or contract record.
13Privacy and data protection
Our handling of personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Please check it periodically. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
15Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You and we agree that the courts of Kebbi State and the Federal High Court of Nigeria shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the site.
