Bill of quantities

Location, quantities and the specification you are working to. If it is a tender, include the closing date and the issuing entity.

For minerals

Title reference and area

The Mining Cadastre Office title number, the commodity, the area, and any existing exploration or assay data on the ground.

For procurement

Schedule and delivery point

Item schedule, quantities, required specification and the delivery location, together with the procurement reference.

Procuring entities carrying out due diligence may request our certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles, tax clearance certificate, audited accounts and copies of previous contract award notifications. We release these on request.
